On 10-11 April 2014, an OSCE Supplementary Human Dimension Meeting on Prevention of Torture was held in Vienna. With support of the Polish Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights and International Partnership for Human Rights, the NGO Coalitions against Torture in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan issued three statements for this meeting. These statements summarize main concerns and recommendations on how to tackle the persistent nature of torture in these three countries.
