Brussels roundtable: The shrinking space for civil society in Russia

1401271575On 3 June 2014, International Partnership for Human Rights (IPHR) and Amnesty International are organizing a roundtable discussion in Brussels on the topic: “The shrinking space for civil society in Russia.” Speakers include the following Russian civil society representatives: Natalia Taubina from the Public Verdict Foundation, Yuri Dzhibladze from the Centre for the Development of Democracy and Human Rights and Maria Suchkova, a human rights lawyer. At the event, IPHR will also present a new report about the application of the “foreign agents” law by Russian courts, which has been prepared as part of a project implemented within the framework of the Civic Solidarity Platform.
